Connecting the Arc is easy. Simply connect to the mains then plug in your TV via HDMI. An optical digital input is also standard. For streamlined control, an Infrared sensor syncs with your TV’s remote, giving one-remote convenience.
With no fewer than 11 Class-D amps and speakers packed into its sleek lines, the Arc has the muscle to match the mightiest movies and music. Featuring eight, dedicated woofer units you not only get natural vocals but also class-leading bass and the dynamic punch to bring soundtracks and music to live.
There is more to Arc - With three, precisely angled, silk dome tweeters, the Arc spreads the sound widely. Using a left/centre/right configuration, you get a ‘wall of sound’ for enveloping audio.
For personalised sound, use the Sonos app to adjust bass, treble and loudness. Speech Enhancement mode optimises vocal clarity – ideal for documentaries and sports commentary. Night Sound reduces the intensity of sound, making it less intrusive for others around your home.
The Sonos Arc also features revolutionary Trueplay technology. Trueplay scans your room, analyses the results and then fine-tunes the speaker for the ideal listening experience. Whether your room is large or small, densely furnished or minimalist, the Arc adapts to give the most natural and realistic sound possible (iOS device required).
Expand to multi-channel – with Dolby Atmos support
Highly impressive on its own, you can take the Arc to the next level by adding a Sonos Sub and a pair of One SL speakers for incredible 5.1 channel surround sound. As a bonus, because of the wireless mesh system, no speaker cables are required. The latest Sonos surround system now supports Dolby Atmos encoded movies, giving you an even more cinematic sound.
Use voice control – with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant
Find the right music for every moment on Spotify. Search any artist or song, create and share playlists, and get personalized recommendations. Listen on Sonos and control the music with your voice, the Spotify app or the Sonos app. With four, far-field microphones on board, Arc can hear you – even from the other side of the room.
